We carry out Electrical installation condition reports for many local Landlords and property buyers of both domestic homes and commercial premises.
An EICR can give you a comprehensive overview of the electrical safety of the property. The EICR can be used when buying or selling a property, when renting your property through a lettings agent and also can be required for insurance purposes on commercial premises.
